Villads is an Associate Consultant with a background in M&A and Corporate Finance, having worked as an analyst at EY and Tofte & Company. At Tofte & Company, he worked mainly on sell-side mandates with a primary focus on the tech sector, while his experience at EY spans a broader range of industries. He has contributed to various projects, including valuations, material production, and stakeholder management, which has provided him with a comprehensive foundation in the field. Villads holds an MSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, where he focused his master’s thesis on sustainable investments.
Outside of work, Villads has a deep passion for music and loves attending concerts and festivals.
He also enjoys skiing whenever he gets the chance and is always up for socializing and exploring new spots in Copenhagen. Villads lives in Copenhagen.
