Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Clarity Partners, you'll work directly with clients, Partners and experienced colleagues to solve complex strategic and commercial challenges. From an early stage, you'll take ownership of workstreams, shape analyses and recommendations, and contribute to decisions that create lasting value for private equity investors, portfolio companies and management teams.​

Working in small, collaborative teams, you'll gain broad exposure across strategy, transactions and value creation while continuing to develop as a trusted advisor.​

What You'll Do​

• Deliver high-quality research, analysis and client insights across a range of projects.​

• Lead workstreams and smaller engagements with support from senior colleagues.​

• Build trusted relationships with client teams, proactively managing day-to-day interactions and escalating issues where appropriate.​

• Develop clear, client-ready presentations and recommendations.​

• Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the firm.​

Education & Experience​

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of management consulting experience. Beyond that, there is no single path to success at Clarity Partners. Whether your experience includes corporate strategy, corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, private equity, commercial due diligence, business development or market entry, what matters most is your curiosity, sound judgement and commitment to creating lasting value for our clients.​
