Johanna is an Associate Consultant with a background in M&A and Corporate Finance. At Oaklins Beierholm, she primarily focused on sell-side mandates across a diverse range of industries. Her role encompassed preparing sales materials, conducting industry analyses, performing valuations, and engaging in client presentations, providing her with a solid foundation in financial transactions and advisory work.
Johanna holds an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, where she focused her thesis on exploring value creation in private equity funds.
Outside of work, Johanna enjoys an active lifestyle and cooking, where she is experimenting with diverse cuisines and often hosts dinner gatherings for friends. Her passion for travel and adventure often takes her to exotic destinations, where she enjoys scuba diving. Johanna lives in Copenhagen.
