Chicago, IL – The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County has selected Clarity to analyze its criminal disposition records for accuracy and consistency with Illinois State Police criminal records and, subsequently, implement technical and functional improvements towards achieving near 100% accuracy with ISP. The project requires analysis of mainframe programs, data transport modules, processes, and people involved with disposition record data. After analysis is complete and errors are selected for correction, Clarity will deliver new systems to facilitate identification, capture, and correction of records. By improving the Clerk’s criminal disposition records processing accuracy, law enforcement intelligence and criminal record data sharing will greatly improve across the state.
