Chicago, IL - Chicago 2016, the organization behind Chicago’s Olympics Candidate City bid was in need of a robust web-based Donor & Customer Relationship Management system to support their fund raising efforts. Clarity Partners responded to this call by designing and developing a custom donor database application to fit Chicago 2016’s precise needs. The system recently went live and is comprised of several modules including individual donors, corporate donors, pledge and donation management, and donor/donation reporting. Chicago 2016 is now using the clarity system to track all donors and donations received to date and to manage ongoing fun raising efforts. The bid program is on track to raise over $70 Million in private donations to support its effort to bring the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games to the City of Chicago. If and when Chicago wins the 2016 bid, this same system will be used to support the far larger private fund raising and sponsorship recruitment efforts that will be needed to prepare Chicago for the actual games. 100% of Clarity’s work in developing the system and in providing ongoing support to the Chicago 2016 organization has been provided at no cost. Clarity Partners is proud of our home city and is honored to be given this opportunity to serve.
