Aurora, IL – The Illinois Math and Science Academy (“IMSA”) engaged Clarity Partners, LLC to perform a business intelligence assessment to help identify how IMSA could improve its' overall performance as a State-founded institution.  Clarity conducted interviews with employees at all levels within the organization to determine potential data requirements beyond those which were currently being performed.  The Clarity Team met with seventeen of IMSA’s faculty members to learn more about their individual and departments’ data creation, utilization, communication, sharing, and reporting functions, and which software plays an integral role in each of their needs.  Meeting with all seventeen employees separately, Clarity was able to assess the forms and functions of each role individually and provide feedback on potential areas for improvement.

Clarity created a snapshot of IMSA’s overall needs for capturing, recording, viewing, sharing, and reporting data that is pertinent to the operations and growth of the institution.  With this information for support, IMSA is working toward making changes on-site that will help improve the operations of the institution both internally and externally at IMSA’s off-campus programs.
