Chicago, IL – The City of Chicago, through its Departments of Revenue, hired Advanced Data Processing, Inc. to manage the billing and collections for Emergency Medical Services. The City of Chicago Fire Department provides emergency ambulance services within the Chicago City limits to any person requesting aid. The CFD transports approximately 200,000 patients per year. ADPI will interface with numerous City systems including ARMS and ReCaps to properly bill and collect funds for these services. Clarity will support this effort via a custom built data interface to the forty plus hospitals that receive EMS runs to capture patient billing information and transmit this to ADPI.
